Until the time and date is firmed up and announced, my God Mother has offered to have any donated goods for the benefit be sent to her house where she'll put together the gift baskets for the raffles and door prizes. Little did they know that in another part of the house, a freak electrical fire had started that would eventually consume their entire home. Thankfully, Andie and the kids all made it out alive. But their beloved Chihuahua Shadow cowered under a recliner in all the panic, and he could not be coaxed out to safety.<br /><br />This blog is dedicated to Shadow's memory, and will deliver news of "his people" (Andie, Grace, Nora, Ian and Sophia Shank; and Ernesto III, Billy, Marina and Ernesto IV Rodriguez) in the wake of this tragic accident. We'll post pictures of the old house and the new, news about benefit shows going on in the area, and updates from Andie, Ernesto and the kids.
